Out of the sandbox

While no new functionality has been added to the Bible Toolbar, the version number has increased. After taking Sid Kalra’s suggestions on wrapping “loose” Javascript variables, it has been re-packaged / re-nominated and the Mozilla Addon reviewers promoted it out of the sandbox.
